How pricing is established

Fees depend on the environment, scope, complexity, dependencies and delivery window. There is no automatic subscription or online checkout. A written proposal confirms the pricing basis and commercial terms before work is approved.

Send your preferred decision date and budget constraints. Assessment needs, the expected quotation date and available implementation windows are confirmed after the initial review.

The engagement sequence

  1. 01

    Send a short brief

Describe your current platform, users or systems affected, desired outcome, time zone and preferred timeline. Leave credentials and confidential system files out of the public form.

  2. 02

    Confirm scope and fit

Review dependencies, platform compatibility, customer responsibilities and remote-delivery feasibility. Any chargeable assessment is identified and agreed before it starts.

  3. 03

    Review the written proposal

The proposal identifies included work, exclusions, deliverables, assumptions, schedule, fees and currency, taxes where applicable, payment milestones, acceptance and change handling.

  4. 04

    Approve access and implementation

Identify the authorised contacts, access method, change approvals, maintenance windows, validation steps and rollback decision before production changes.

  5. 05

    Validate and hand over

Check the agreed results, document exceptions and transfer the in-scope records to your administrators. Ongoing support is a separate arrangement unless expressly included.

Review a planning or handover outline

These are blank planning resources. They are not completed customer projects, client endorsements or evidence of a certification. Project-specific records and any reference material are discussed during due diligence.
